Tan furniture on rifles tends to work best in desert environments. This ARM M14 SOCOM Spring Rifle has a tan stock, perfect for desert soldiers. It’s also a reliable and straightforward beginner airsoft rifle.
The rifle comes with a red dot scope calibrated for medium-range shooting, if the required batteries are sold separately. However, it eliminates the need for buying other scopes.
For low-light environments, there’s a bottom-mounted flashlight that comes with batteries. If you wish to mount a bipod or foregrip, the light can move onto one of the two side rails. All four rails are Picatinny rails for easy accessory attachment.
If the red dot sight fails, there are iron sights on the gun. They’re not removable, though the red dot sight’s mount and RIS handguard prevent them from interfering with the optics package.
