Angel Custom KRATOS II Ultra High Strength / High Performance Steel Half-Teeth AEG Piston

This is a heavy-duty piston engineered for high-performance setups that really put a beating on the gearbox. It features a Dupont nylon body that is tough enough to soak up the shock of every cycle while remaining rigid enough to prevent warping or twisting when you're pushing the gun to its limits.

The Kratos II comes with 13.5 hardened steel teeth that are TiN-coated to keep heat and friction to a minimum. It measures 69.8mm in length, and the Angle of Engagement (AOE) is already pre-corrected; the second tooth is already removed, so you won't have to spend time dremeling it down yourself. This is the half-tooth version, specifically designed for 32:1 or 40:1 high-ratio gearsets where the extra clearance is required for the larger sector gears to pass.

Most standard AEGs can run this piston without issue. To ensure the rack never shifts under extreme pressure, we recommend bonding the steel rack to the polymer body with a high-strength adhesive during installation. It’s a solid, dependable upgrade for LMG or DMR builds where standard parts typically fail.
