Angel Custom Seraph Angel II High Performance Piston Head, Elongated

This piston head is an easy way to fix your Angle of Engagement (AOE) without having to fumble with spacers. It sets the piston back just enough so the gears mesh at the right angle, which is the best way to keep your teeth from stripping.

The polycarbonate body keeps the weight down for faster cycles, while the aluminum center gives the mounting screw a solid anchor so it won't pull through or strip out. That aluminum core is 3mm longer than a standard one, giving the screw more thread to grab onto while keeping everything centered.

It also features a thrust bearing so the spring can spin freely. This is a huge help for high-speed setups because it keeps the spring from twisting or binding up when it's being compressed hundreds of times a minute.

For the seal, the head uses a high-grade O-ring and a ported design that forces air into the ports to expand the ring against the cylinder wall for maximum compression. While it is compatible with most AEG cylinders, you need to be careful not to "double-correct" your timing.

Do not use this head with pistons that already have built-in AOE correction, like a Kratos II, as the combined length will be too long and will mess up your gearbox timing. Because setting up AOE and compression can be tricky, we recommend having an experienced tech handle the installation to ensure everything is timed perfectly and leak-free.
