Although ASG made its mark in the airsoft industry by coming out with next level upgrades for popular rifle models, they have now made the transition to manufacturing entire airsoft rifles that are sure to resonate with avid enthusiasts.

The new Action Army AAP-01 is ASG’s first ever gas blowback airsoft pistol, but will surely not be the last. Although closely resembling the iconic Luger made popular in World War 2, the AAP-01 is truly a unique sidearm.

The durable ABS polymer construction keeps this pistol lightweight and easy to conceal in a pocket or holster. Unlike other similar style gas pistols, the AAP-01 has the option of shooting in both semi auto and full auto modes which can be adjusted using the fire selector switch located beneath the barrel catch.

ASG knows how important aftermarket upgrades are for some enthusiasts, and for that they built the AAP-01 with many cross-compatible parts commonly used on other gas airsoft pistols. This airsoft pistol is powered by Green Gas or propane, which is filled directly into the 23 round drop-free magazine.

To ensure both left and right handed can operate the AAP-01 with no restrictions, many of the external parts are reversible or ambidextrous including the magazine catch, safety switch, and slide catch. Players can customize the AAP-01 with a wide range of tactical accessories using the included 20mm picatinny rail sections designed to be mounted under the barrel and above the receiver.

The 14mm barrel threads make adding a suppressor quick and easy, once the thread protector has been removed. Utilize the adjustable hop-up to account for various BB weight and target range.
