Very good, the employee that contacted me was very nice, sadly I forgot his name but he deserves a raise
My gun came with a piece cracked but it was still usable, so here’s my review of the gun. Externally wise the gun feels pretty sturdy but also kinda cheap buys that’s to be expected from a 110 dollar gun. Shooting wise it shoots pretty good, I used .46 bbs, .20 bbs, and .12 bbs. The .12s shoot horribly so don’t use these bbs, the .20s (aka what it comes with) are decent they have a good velocity but pretty poor accuracy, the .46 bbs are very good the velocity is a little slow but it’s very accurate to the point I could hit a master lock at Around 30 yards. The guns pretty heavy tho and the ergonomics take a little getting used to. Because of the weight I wouldn’t buy this for young kids under 13. The bolt is very smooth and isn’t too hard to pull. Pros; Good accuracy Decent feeling Has a bipod rail Very smooth bolt Cons; Kinda heavy (makes your arms tired over time) Hop up is pretty bad and makes it feel like the guns shooting worse when it’s up past the half way point Accuracy with anything below .30 bbs is trash
