From S&T the ARX160 is a great multi-role AEG. Built from strong but lightweight polymer the ARX160 is an ideal choice for urban style fields. Adjustable, flip-down sights are paired with a folding and retracting stock that allows the ARX160 to be adjusted for almost any shooter. Fully ambidextrous magazine release and a unique bolt release allow both left and right handed shooters full functionality. A full lower RIS rail allows for attaching accessories as well as a RIS on the top rail for adding additional optics. Internally the ARX160 features a full metal gearbox and adjustable hop-up. An excellent feature of the ARX160 is it’s ability to use a variety of M4 magazine brands including: Elite Force, KWA, Dboys, G&P, and S&T. *other magazines may be compatible. Not guaranteed. “I just got this gun and so far im rather pleased with it, but there are a few things that kinda bummed me out about it. first off, the iron sights are complete crap. they are hare to see out of, and just way to blocky. so you are going to want an optic of some kind. second the gun does not come with a battery OR a mag. third when put in my elite force m4 mag, the gun didnt want to fire all that much. it would shoot a bb or two then stop. i dont know if its the mag or gun or battery but it would not spit out bbs. the charging handle can switch sides, but you have to field strip the gun in order to do that. unlike the real steel version where you just push it through to the other side.and it would have been easy enough to make the charging handle do that. but the gun is easy enough to field strip. all the buttons and controls are crisp and solid. the gun itself is solid as a rock. and has a good weight to it. the sling points and real thin and its hard to get some slings to attach, and some with big hooks and clasps will not. all in all its build really well. when i get it to shoot then ill leave another review covering the rest. five out of five stars for being built rock solid.”
