It is pretty good, but I was looking for an airsoft gun to train with in place of a real M4A1. The bolt catch and bolt release are non-functional on this. The charging handle does not come back even half as far as on a real M4A1. The handguard is a little flimsy. The safety is not ambidextrous as it is on an actual M4A1 and the collapsible buttstock does not have as many notches as a real M4A1. Other than that, it is spot on. The weight is about right along with the balance. The sights are exactly as they are on a real M4A1. Half my complaints would be invalid if this were sold as a copy of an M4 and not an M4A1. For a Chinese-made airsoft rifle, it isn't bad at all. As a Colt labeled airsoft rifle, it has some room for improvement.

I got this colt a few months back. It shoots 385 with . 20bbs. Solid real feel to it. I have no complaints on this rifle, only wish that it could have come with a 9.6v battery. I had to buy one so now I get a decent RPS. Big difference in the 9.6 to the 8.4. I plan just to get a sight , tighter inner barrel, change my pluses to dean and a tactical light once I get the rails.
