This pistol is powered by a single 12g Co2 cartridge, which is housed within the pistol grip. To preserve as much gas as possible, the Defender LTX-3 features a half-blowback design which will automatically cock the slide back when the magazine is empty but will stay stationary during normal use. A small 20mm picatinny rail beneath the barrel is perfect for the addition of tactical accessories including flashlights or lasers. A rubberized polymer grip provides optimal comfort and support when hastily aiming down range.
