The creative minds over at Specna Arms went back to the drawing board to provide airsoft enthusiasts with a hard hitting AEG perfect for any budget. The CORE Series rifles are crafted from a fiberglass reinforced polymer receiver with nylon fiber furniture, keeping these AEGs ultra lightweight and highly durable against the hardships of airsoft warfare. Fiberglass not only greatly cuts down excessive weight on this rifle, it also proves to be more reliable than polymer or metal. Fully licensed Rock River Arms insignia and a serial number on the receiver further adds to the authenticity of this airsoft replica. For extra durability Specna Arms used CNC machined metal for the barrel assembly, flash hider, charging handle, and sling swivels. 20mm picatinny rails along the top of the rifle and all four sides of the handguard provides ample space for the addition of your favorite tactical accessories including foregrips, dot sights, or flashlights. The battery power source (Not Included) is housed within the SF stock, which is fully adjustable to provide the perfect level of comfort for users of all sizes.

To match the rugged externals, Specna Arms used a Version 2 gearbox that contains full steel components and held securely closed with four anti-reversal latches. In addition, Specna Arms upgraded this gearbox with a lightweight polycarbonate polymer piston equipped with a steel strip, Type-O cylinder, steel circuit breaker, and adjustable rotary style hop-up. Players can utilize the adjustable hop-up to account for various BB weight and target range. This high grade replica features an ESA Quick Spring Change System to allow the user to quickly switch springs within the gearbox to abide by maximum velocity regulations set by most airsoft arenas. While this rifle is compatible with high powered M140 springs, Specna Arms includes a spare M90 spring to reduce the muzzle velocity based on player needs. This rifle comes out of the box firing at 390 FPS with the stock installed spring, you will have no problem reaching those long range targets. Swapping out the stock spring with the included M90 spring will reduce the muzzle velocity to 310 FPS when using 0.20g BBs.
