Competition shooting comes down to consistency. Your thumb placement on a Hi-Capa needs to be the same shot after shot, or your point of impact wanders. The 5KU Skidproof Thump Rest gives you a defined contact point that doesn't shift when you're running stages under pressure.

What it is. This is a small aluminum mount that attaches to the grip frame of your Hi-Capa, providing a textured surface for your support hand thumb to rest against. The CNC-machined body stays rigid under recoil, and the skidproof surface keeps your thumb from sliding during rapid fire. It's designed for the 2011-style platform, so it fits Tokyo Marui, WE Tech, and most Hi-Capa replicas out of the box.

Right-handed design. This variant is cut for right-handed shooters, where the thumb rests on the left side of the grip. If you shoot left-handed, look for the left-handed version instead—using the wrong hand orientation defeats the purpose and can actually interfere with your grip.

Material and fit. Aluminum construction means it won't wear down from repeated thumb contact, and it adds negligible weight to an already top-heavy competition pistol. Installation requires fitting to your specific frame, so budget time for adjustment or have a gunsmith handle it if you're not comfortable working on your pistol's internals.
