The muzzle is the first thing anyone looks at when you bring a gun to the chrono. A bare barrel tip or a fixed muzzle device locks you into one look. This solves that with a threaded mock suppressor that screws on for milsim events and quick-detaches when you want the flash hider exposed.
Quick detach that actually works. The QD clamp lets you mount or remove the suppressor in a few twists, no tools required. Milsim on Saturday with the full profile, practical skirmish on Sunday with the flash hider showing. You're not committed to one look.
10 inches of fluted aluminum. This is the SOCOM762SS variant, which runs the longest length in the line at 10 inches. The fluted exterior cuts material from the walls, which keeps weight down and gives the barrel a more aggressive profile than the smooth finish. The whole thing is machined aluminum, so it's solid without being a dead weight on the end of your rail.
What's underneath. Under the suppressor is the flash hider with integrated barrel extender, birdcage style. When the suppressor comes off, that's what's left on the muzzle, and it does the job just fine on its own.
Fits virtually any rifle. 14mm CCW threading is the airsoft rifle standard, so this screws onto just about any AEG, GBB rifle, or spring gun with standard negative threading. Thread it on finger-tight, then give it a gentle turn with a barrel wrench, and make sure the QD mechanism isn't cross-threaded when you first mount it.
What it isn't. This is a mock suppressor with no tracer, no electrical wiring, and no electrical function. If you want a tracer unit, this isn't it. If you want a real silencer, you need to talk to your field marshal.
