The platform operates on a smooth bolt-action mechanism, fires at 435 to 450 FPS with 0.20g BBs, and utilizes a 24-round drop-free magazine alongside an adjustable hop-up system.

Internally, the layout relies on a proprietary Type 96 clone configuration rather than a standard VSR-10 system, making universal VSR parts completely incompatible. Swapping the factory housing for a specialized Type 96 hop-up chamber allows the installation of standard AEG tightbore inner barrels and high-grade buckings for superior shot consistency. For high-power configurations utilizing stiffer aftermarket springs, installing a heavy-duty steel 90-degree sear kit is mandatory to prevent the trigger mechanism from wearing out under increased pressure. Skip the light ammo, this platform needs heavy 0.36g or 0.40g match BBs to hold a straight line past a hundred feet.
