AIM Sports 1" Cantilever KeyMod Light/Laser Mount

Your hand blocks your own light. That's the problem a cantilever mount solves: it pushes your weapon light or laser forward, so the beam clears your support hand and shines where you actually need it. This AIM Sports mount extends one inch from your KeyMod handguard, enough to keep the light out of the way without turning your rail into a cantilever bridge.

How it mounts. The base clamps directly into any KeyMod slot on your handguard at 3, 6, or 9 o'clock. One inch of aircraft-grade aluminum cantilevers forward, carrying a short Picatinny rail section on top where your light or laser attaches with a standard rail mount. Tighten the KeyMod fasteners, mount your light, done. The whole unit is machined aluminum, not polymer, so it's rigid and won't flex under recoil.

What it's good for. Low-light CQB where your support hand was blocking the beam on your handguard-mounted light. It also helps if you're running a laser aiming module and want the dot to clear your fingers in the low Weaver or isosceles stance. One inch is the practical sweet spot: enough extension to solve the hand-shadow problem, short enough that you're not worrying about your light snagging on doorframes.

A note on KeyMod. KeyMod was the direct-attach standard before M-LOK took over. If your handguard uses M-LOK, this mount won't fit without an adapter plate. M-LOK is the current standard on most newer builds, so check your handguard before buying. If you're already running KeyMod, this is a straightforward, no-fuss solution.
