AMA's Belt Holster Drop Adapter is a 6.5-inch aluminum plate that mounts between your belt and a pistol holster, lowering the grip a few inches so it clears a plate carrier or chest rig hanging over your belt line. The aluminum build keeps it stiff, so the holster rides with your leg instead of flexing and swaying with a polymer adapter. Set the drop just below where a belt-mounted holster would sit, and practise the draw before you rely on it.
