Arcturus Tactical
The AK-12 has appeared in many video games and is the latest Kalashnikov Concern rifle to enter military service. This Russian rifle has been replicated in airsoft form by Arcturus Tactical, and it more or less appears to be identical to the original. The only way to tell at a glance is through the orange muzzle brake.
This AK-12 AEG is equipped with Picatinny rails, a step up from Russia’s old designs that used proprietary scope mount systems. The handguard is a quad RIS platform made of stamped steel, though the side rails are much shorter than the others. The top rails are seamlessly linked, and the rear sight has been moved to the end of the dust cover.
The iron sights are integrated with the rifle, but they won’t affect red dot sights at all. As the AK-12 is a modernized design, there are no traditional side rails for the unique scope mounts attached to the receiver.
For attachments, you can consider adding a foregrip, lasers, and tactical flashlights. These will help improve overall performance in gunfights.
You get a highly ergonomic pistol grip with finger grooves and a curved shape to accommodate the hand. It’s highly effective whether the user is wearing gloves or not.
A side-folding retractable modified crane stock is provided with this weapon. It’s similar to the AR-15 stocks but is much more skeletonized.
Inside the gun is a Version 3 full-metal gearbox that can be upgraded with aftermarket components.
