Your goggles protect your eyes. The rest of your face is exposed. Cheap mesh masks exist, but they deform on impact and lose their shape fast. Black Bear’s Raider lower mask uses a different grade of steel and builds around actual comfort instead of treating it as an afterthought.

The mesh. Wire mesh built to take 6mm BB impact at rated velocity. Powder coating holds up where paint on cheaper masks flakes off. The weave is tight enough to deflect BBs rather than let them through, and you can breathe and talk through it without issue.

Fit and comfort. Pre-contoured to sit against most faces, but the mesh bends by hand if you need a custom fit. Nylon weave over the surface breathes. Two elastic straps: one over the top of your head, one around the back. Adjustable on both. It stays put during a game without pressing your face into a mold.

What it pairs with. This is a lower face mask only. Wear it with full-seal airsoft goggles — the goggles sit above it and the two seal together around your cheekbone. The mask covers ears, nose, and mouth without blocking hearing. The woodland camo nylon exterior matches standard field patterns.

Before you buy. You still need goggles rated for airsoft impact. This mask does not cover your eyes. The contoured fit works for most faces, but an unusually narrow or wide jaw might need a little hand-bending before your first game.
