Classic Army's Reinforced Piston is a polycarbonate-bodied piston with full metal teeth, built for Tokyo Marui spec Version 2 gearboxes. The steel rack all the way along won't strip under a heavy spring, so it holds up where a partial rack fails. The polycarbonate body keeps the mass down, which is easier on the gearbox at the end of its travel. That steel load has to go somewhere, so it suits a build with a hardened steel gear set, correct angle of engagement, and a proper shim stack. Dropped into a stock gun with softer gears, it protects the piston and lets the sector gear take the abuse instead.
