Rifles with wooden stocks are heavier, but many readily admit they’re attractive pieces. This Crosman Valiant SBD air rifle has a wooden thumbhole stock, allowing you to maintain a firm grip on it. A buttpad is attached to the rear for added comfort from the rigid wooden surface.
Crosman’s QuietFire device is what reduces the report to tolerable levels. Unlike some of the company’s other air rifles, the Valiant SBD has a Nitro Piston Elite powerplant. This one is much stronger than the standard variant, and the QuietFire attachment keeps the noise levels lower.
The Clean Break Trigger has two adjustable stages. You can make the necessary changes if you’re particular about your trigger’s characteristics. That’s how you create the best shooting experience.
Besides the iron sights on the barrel, the Valiant SBD has a dovetail rail that accepts optics. The package contains a CenterPoint 4x32mm scope for longer ranges.
