Spring sniper rifles occupy a specific niche: you want the velocity and range of a high-caps rifle without the complexity of gas or electric systems. The Double Bell VSR-10 delivers that with the most common spring sniper platform in airsoft, which means you're not locked into one manufacturer's ecosystem for upgrades or parts.

Velocity and field fit. Rated 420–430 FPS on 0.20g BBs. That clears most outdoor field limits for spring rifles and sits at the lower end of typical DMR caps. Heavier BBs slow the velocity while improving consistency in wind—many players run 0.30g to 0.40g for outdoor skirmishes. Always chrono with your own BBs before your first game; temperature and break-in both affect output.

The VSR-10 platform. This rifle follows the Tokyo Marui VSR-10 blueprint, so the piston, cylinder, barrel, and bucking are standard dimensions. Aftermarket support is deep: precision inner barrels, upgraded springs, reinforced trigger assemblies, and hop-up buckings all come from third-party manufacturers rather than Double Bell itself. If you plan to tune it, you're not hunting for proprietary parts.

Externals. The stock and handguard use real or faux wood, giving a classic sniper aesthetic. Metal outer barrel and receiver add weight at 5.7 lbs, which helps damp recoil but makes it less ideal for fast CQB movement. The manual steel bolt cycles smoothly, and the adjustable hop-up slider lets you dial in trajectory without tools.

What's in the box. Rifle, one 25-round magazine, a speedloader, and the manual. Battery and charger are not applicable—this is spring powered. You will need to purchase BBs separately.

Before you buy. This is a single-shot bolt-action rifle. If you're looking for full-auto fire or rapid follow-up shots, an AEG is the better choice. The effective range with a well-tuned hop-up and quality BBs runs around 180 feet; beyond that, grouping degrades without a precision inner barrel and heavier match-grade ammunition. The wood finish is aesthetic—don't expect it to survive hard impacts the way polymer would.
