Double Bell VSR-10 Metal Piston and Spring Guide Set, Silver

The VSR-10 is the most common bolt-action platform in airsoft, and its gearbox takes standard upgrade parts. This Double Bell piston and spring guide set replaces the factory internals with metal versions designed for durability and consistent spring compression.

Why metal matters. Factory pistons are often polymer or aluminum. A metal piston resists wear from repeated cycling, especially when running heavier springs for higher velocity. The spring guide keeps the spring aligned during compression, which reduces side load and helps maintain consistent shot-to-shot performance.

What fits. This set is designed for most VSR-10 replicas — the standard Tokyo Marui pattern and its many clones. If your gearbox accepts a VSR-10 piston, this should fit. It does not apply to AEGs, GBB rifles, or other bolt-action platforms outside the VSR-10 family.

What's in the box. One metal piston and one metal spring guide. The set weighs 0.13 oz, silver finish. Installation requires splitting the gearbox and swapping the internals — basic gunsmithing tools and a clean workspace are needed. If you are not comfortable disassembling a gearbox, have a tech handle the install.

Before you buy. This is a durability and consistency upgrade, not a velocity booster. It will not increase FPS on its own. To raise velocity, you need a heavier spring (sold separately) matched to your field's limits. Also note that a metal piston adds slight weight to the reciprocating mass, which can affect bolt return timing on some builds.
