Built primarily for realism and historical collectors, the Double Bell WWII Kar 98k features a fully functional shell-ejecting manual bolt action. Five metal shells, each holding one BB, load directly into the rifle's internal magazine. The exterior matches a real wood stock with a full-metal receiver, barrel, and trigger assembly, maintaining a solid 6.5-pound field weight. Included in the box are the wood-stock rifle, the bolt assembly, and five metal shells.

Because of the specialized shell-loading design, this airsoft rifle relies on a completely proprietary system incompatible with standard VSR-10 or Type 96 upgrade parts. Tightening downrange accuracy requires focusing on custom barrel work, such as polishing the stock inner barrel or installing a custom-machined tightbore variant. Smooth feeding, loading, and reliable shell ejection depend on keeping the manual bolt mechanism and internal receiver tracks well-lubricated. Running seamless 0.25g or 0.28g match BBs ensures smooth mechanical cycling and the straightest downrange flight path.
