Air seal is the difference between a gearbox that shoots consistent and one that wastes half the compressed air the spring is making. The nozzle is where that seal starts, and most stock nozzles are the weakest link: thin polymer with a flat lip that never quite seats against the bucking lips, plus you have to wrap a separate O-ring around it during installation.

The Element M5 nozzle fixes both problems. It has an internal O-ring machined into the body, so the seal is built in rather than something you wrap on with pliers. The nozzle body itself is thicker than stock, which means it won't flex or mushroom after a few thousand rounds. The result is tighter air compression and, according to the vendor, 10–40 FPS over stock. That number varies depending on how leaky your current nozzle already is, but the real improvement is shot-to-shot consistency, which the FPS figure does not fully capture.

What it fits. This is for M5/MK5 gearboxes—KWA and G&G's V3 metal gearbox platform. Not a standard V2. If your gearbox is a V2, this will not seat correctly. G&G AR-15s, KWA carbines, and G&G's AK and AUG builds all run MK5 internals and are the usual candidates.

Before you buy. Installing a nozzle means splitting the gearbox, so plan to replace the piston head O-ring and cylinder head O-ring while the box is apart—they're cheap, and new O-rings paired with a new nozzle is the upgrade that actually matters. Reassembly requires proper angle of engagement setting, so if you have not opened a gearbox before, that's the time to learn.
