"NO PEN" — a PVC morale patch from G-Force for players who want a little humor on their kit. The patch runs roughly 1 x 1.4 inches (2.5 x 3.5 cm) with a hook-and-loop back that sticks to any loop panel on a plate carrier, chest rig, patrol cap, or load bearer. PVC means it'll hold up to mud, paint, and the occasional wash better than a cloth patch would.
