A spring pistol works when batteries die or gas runs out. The Galaxy P226 is a full-size replica that runs on manual power: rack the slide before each shot, and the spring inside does the rest. No charging, no gas fills, no maintenance beyond basic cleaning. Use it as a backup, for dry practice, or as a prop.

In the box. You get a 13-round magazine, a holster, and a belt mount. The frame and slide are metal for realistic weight and feel—1.5 pounds overall—while the grip uses polymer. At 8.5 inches, it's full-size.

Velocity. Rated 255–265 FPS on 0.20g BBs. That's CQB territory. It's not a primary skirmish weapon; it's a backup, a training tool, or a prop. You rack the slide for every shot. No auto, no semi. If you want automatic fire or higher velocity, you'll need a gas blowback or electric P226 platform instead.

Upgrades. The internals are proprietary. Aftermarket performance parts don't exist for it, and there's no gearbox to tune. Keeping it reliable means clean BBs and occasional lubrication.

Before you buy. Spring pistols are entry-level by design. They're not for serious skirmishing where you'll trade shots with full-auto rifles. Collectors wanting blowback should look elsewhere. This works as a training tool, a backup, or a prop. You only need BBs.
