Gamo Varmint 0.177 Cal Air Rifle, Black

Gamo’s Varmint air rifle is a simple break-action piece that propels pellets at 1,250 FPS. It does so using the powerful spring piston. You can use the included 4x32 scope for aimed shots.
The black synthetic furniture is lightweight yet durable. While polymer isn’t as scratch-resistant as metal, it does withstand drops and sudden impact better than wood. The nylon’s textures on the grip and forearm are checkered to prevent slipping.
While there’s some controversy surrounding the Monte Carlo stock, anyone will admit it looks stylish. The cheek pad will help you stay comfortable while aiming. You also have a rubberized recoil buttpad to reduce the kickback felt.
Every unit of this rifle is equipped with a polymer-jacketed steel rifled barrel. The jacket improves overall service life and prevents damage to the rifling.
The Gamo 4x32 scope attaches to the 11mm dovetail rail. There aren’t any iron sights, nor can you mount any without extensive modification. Therefore, using the scope for point blank range is not recommended.
There are manual and automatic cocking safety features to prevent accidental discharges and malfunctions. The latter won’t allow users to pull the trigger when cocking the rifle.
