Lancer Tactical
The GBRS Group MCR LTE is a minimalist chest rig for players who want to carry less weight without losing access to their gear. At 10.6 ounces, it's roughly the weight of a single loaded magazine. That's light enough for training, airsoft skirmishes, or any situation where a full plate carrier would be overkill.
How the modularity works. The kit includes the chest plate, shoulder straps, backplate, lower back strap, I and W joints, and premium ITW GTSR hardware (ladder latch, split bar, and tri-glide). These pieces connect to form a complete chest rig, and the joints let you adjust how components sit on your torso. You can position pouches where they're accessible without the whole rig shifting around.
What you can attach. It's fully compatible with standard MOLLE weave pouches, as well as velcro, button, and tab-style attachments. Holsters, magazine pouches, admin organizers, and medical kits all mount the same way you're used to. The reinforced mounting points handle the load without stretching or sagging.
Materials and construction. The rig uses durable laminate materials with reinforced thermoplastic at stress points. This construction is built to last years of hard use. ITW hardware is the same grade you'd find on tactical gear meant for professionals.
What's in the box. You get a complete system: chest plate, shoulder straps, backplate, lower back strap, I joints, W joints, and all the ITW GTSR hardware needed to assemble it. Nothing proprietary to hunt down later.
Before you buy. This is a chest rig, not a plate carrier. It carries gear, not body armor. If you need ballistic protection, you'll want a plate carrier instead. For airsoft, training, or light tactical work where speed and weight matter, the MCR LTE does the job without the bulk.
