Golden Eagle 13" KeyMod Full Metal Upper Receiver, Black

Building a gas blowback rifle starts with the upper receiver. This Golden Eagle 13-inch KeyMod upper is full metal, which means better durability and a more realistic feel compared to polymer alternatives. You're looking at a parts component, not a complete rifle—you'll need a compatible lower receiver to make it functional.

What's in the box. The complete upper assembly includes a one-piece metal hop-up chamber with adjustable settings, an inner barrel, and a 13-inch handguard with KeyMod slots. The top of the handguard has a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting optics. Total weight comes in at 2.36 pounds.

Compatibility matters here. This upper only works with Golden Eagle full metal lower receivers. It will not mate with polymer Golden Eagle lowers. If you're building from scratch or replacing a damaged upper, confirm your lower is the full metal version before ordering. The specs list compatibility with "Golden Eagle Full Metal Lower Receivers" specifically.

The 13-inch barrel length. That puts you in the carbine sweet spot—compact enough for CQB and vehicle work while still giving you better velocity and range than a pistol-length barrel. You'll need to chrono the finished build at your field, since final FPS depends on your inner barrel quality, hop-up setup, and gas system. Gas blowback rifles also lose power in cold weather, so expect some variation depending on when and where you shoot.

What you'll need separately. This is an upper receiver only. You'll need a compatible full metal lower, a gas source (green gas for most GBBR setups), and any optics or accessories you want to mount. No battery is required since this is a gas platform. The package does not include a magazine either.

This is a parts build, not a grab-and-go rifle. If you want something ready to run out of the box, look at complete GBBR models instead.
