The HFC Honor Fantastic 1911 is a gas blowback sidearm built for players who want the manual of arms without the weight penalty of an all-metal build. At 1.9 pounds with a polymer frame and metal slide, it sits between the featherweight polymer pistols and the heavy full-metal 1911s. That trade-off shows in the hand: it's light enough for quick draws and vehicle work, but the metal slide gives you the reciprocating blowback action that makes GBBs worth running.
Velocity and where it works. Rated 280–300 FPS on 0.20g BBs. That puts it comfortably inside most indoor CQB caps and makes it a reliable backup for outdoor fields where your primary is already chronographed. As with any gas gun, expect the number to shift with temperature and BB weight—colder weather drops velocity, and heavier BBs slow the muzzle but hold their line better downrange.
The 1911 platform. This runs on the Tokyo Marui 1911/Hi-Capa interface for internals, so hop-up buckings and inner barrels from that ecosystem fit directly. The vendor notes the slide dimensions are proprietary, which means external nozzle housing swaps are limited, but you can still tune accuracy with a tightbore barrel and a quality bucking. The 27-round metal magazine follows the standard 1911 GBB pattern, so spares are widely available.
What's in the box. You get the pistol, one 27-round magazine, a hard polymer carrying case, and a sample bag of BBs. Green gas is not included—you'll need a canister and lubricant to keep the seals happy. The pistol comes with a Weaver/Picatinny rail under the barrel for lights or lasers, and it has ambidextrous thumb safeties plus an extended beavertail grip safety that mimics a duty-grade 1911.
Before you buy. Gas blowback pistols are picky about temperature. Below about 50°F the seal pressure drops and you'll get inconsistent cycling or weak velocity. If you play year-round in a cold climate, CO2 might be a better fit, though it runs at higher pressure and wears seals faster. This is a sidearm, not a primary—27 rounds goes fast in a game, and the 1911 platform is single-stack by design. Plan on two or three spare mags if you're running it as your go-to.
Includes federally mandated blaze orange muzzle tip.
