Trigger contacts are the first thing to fail in a well-used AEG. Every time you pull the trigger, the motor's current flows through these tiny metal tabs — and under load, they arc, pit, and eventually burn. It's the classic "trigger won't fire" failure that shows up when the contacts give out.
The JG JGG-9 replaces the stock trigger contacts in the MK36 series wiring front. The set includes contacts only — no wiring front plate is included. JG is a known name in AEG internals, and their trigger contacts are built from better material than the factory ones, which means less pitting and a longer life before the circuit starts failing.
If your rifle already has a MOSFET, these contacts still degrade — they just take much longer because the MOSFET handles most of the current. Without one, these will outlast the originals but are still carrying the full load. Either way, it's one of the most cost-effective internal upgrades you can make.
