Kizuna Works KW-15K Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol, Chrome/Black

The KW-15K answers a specific question: what if you wanted gas blowback realism in a compact package that actually fits in a pocket? Kizuna Works built this around a specialized compact GBB system, giving you the slide travel, recoil impulse, and magazine discipline of gas operation without the bulk of a full-size pistol.

What the numbers mean for you. Rated 290–310 FPS on 0.20g BBs, which is squarely in the indoor CQB range most fields enforce. That's low enough to clear tight venues without a spring swap, and light enough that you won't burn through BBs worrying about over-choking your hop-up. As always, chrono with your own BBs before you play—temperature and gas pressure move the needle.

How the GBB system works. The slide reciprocates on every shot, cycling gas and resetting the hammer. That's the realism you're paying for: the manual of arms feels like a real firearm, and the blowback gives you tactile feedback on trigger pull. The trade-off is consistency—gas pressure drops in cold weather, and you're burning gas with every shot. Plan on carrying spare magazines and a gas fill, and expect to reload more often than an AEG user.

Externals and fit. The slide and outer barrel appear to be metal construction with a polymer frame, keeping it at 1.54 lbs unloaded. The 20mm Picatinny rail under the barrel accepts compact lights and lasers. Ambidextrous safety and magazine release mean left-handed shooters don't get stuck.

The threading quirk. Barrel threads are 11mm clockwise. That's unusual—most airsoft rifles use 14mm counter-clockwise. If you want a micro tracer or suppressor, you'll need an 11mm CW adapter. Don't assume your existing muzzle devices will fit.

Before you buy. This is a sidearm designed for backup duty, CQB, and players who prioritize realism over sustained firepower. It's not for trading shots across an open field. The 22-round magazine capacity is realistic but means frequent reloads during a game. Green gas and 6mm BBs are not included. If you're new to GBB, budget for at least two spare magazines and a gas fill bottle.
