These are the Lancer Tactical 10mm EVA Dummy Side Plates, and they come two to a pack. They're lightweight foam inserts that slip into compatible plate carriers to fill out your loadout without adding the real weight of actual plates. Made from flexible EVA foam, they give your carrier a proper tactical silhouette and keep the sides from feeling hollow when you're running drills, messing around at the field, or putting a kit together for cosplay.

The black finish matches most carriers out of the box, and the 10mm foam is soft enough that it sits comfortably against your ribs while you move. If your carrier's a little loose or you just want the extra coverage at the sides without the bulk, these do the job.
