Lancer Tactical's Streamline tracers are a simple fix for night games: fire them through any standard tracer unit and the tip glows green as the BB leaves the barrel. You know where you shot, you can see where it went, and you don't need to wonder whether your tracer unit actually fires.
They run at .20g in 6mm, which is the standard weight for most skirmish fields, and the polish on these is tight enough that they feed cleanly through most guns without the jamming that cheaper fillers cause. The 5000-round bucket is the size that matters — you buy it once and you don't open another for months. Green gas and CO2 both work fine through these; the tracer function is independent of your power source, and the BBs themselves are just 6mm plastic. If you play night skirmish, these are the fill to grab. If you only play under full daylight, a green tracer is decoration that you don't need.
