A helmet-mounted identification light that sticks to your helmet and tells your teammates which way you're facing when the sun goes down. Lancer's version uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive pad — no clips, no strap, no helmet-modding required. Just peel, stick, flip the switch, and you're done.
The unit is compact and low-profile. Black frame, blue LED. It sits flush enough that it won't catch on doorways or brush on your head in tight spaces, and the on-off switch is accessible once it's mounted. You can replace the battery when it dies — it takes a standard watch cell.
Who needs it. If you run in the dark, at dusk, or in dense woods where line-of-sight breaks fast, an ID light cuts the guesswork. It's especially useful for milsim roles where friendly identification is a safety issue, or for any game day that runs after sunset. If you only play full-day skirmish in open terrain, you probably don't need one.
Before you buy. The adhesive holds fine on smooth helmet surfaces, but rough or heavily textured shells can reduce its life — wipe the area with alcohol first if you want it to last. One light covers your sector; if you run with a buddy who can't tell your helmet from theirs in the dark, get two. The battery is not included.
Includes one helmet light indicator.
