Lancer Tactical 60 Degree Hop-Up Nub, Red

The nub is the small insert inside your hop-up chamber that presses the bucking down onto the BB. A fresh nub restores the contact pressure that a worn, flattened factory nub loses, and it's the cheapest upgrade with the most noticeable effect on shot-to-shot consistency.

What the 60 degree shape does. Most factory nubs are plain cylindrical, which means the bucking contacts the BB through a single narrow line. Uneven spin is what sends shots sideways. A 60 degree nub gives a wider, more even contact patch so the bucking grips the BB more consistently through the full hop adjustment range. It drops into the standard "H" bucking opening on most airsoft hop-up units — no adapters, no drilling.

Material and fit. Lancer Tactical uses high durability rubber, soft enough to deform under the bucking's pressure and firm enough to hold its shape through repeated use. The red finish is just a colorway; it doesn't indicate hardness, port size, or compatibility. Fits most standard hop-up chambers across AEG and GBB platforms.

Includes one hop-up nub. If you're swapping nubs, a flat-head screwdriver or precision tweezers make the job easier — the old one pops out, the new one seats flush.
