Lancer Tactical 23.45mm Aluminum Nozzle for M4 Series AEG, Red

The nozzle is the third piece of an AEG's air seal, right behind the piston head O-ring and the cylinder head O-ring. Any one of them leaking and the gun shoots soft, inconsistent, and erratic — which is why a worn nozzle is the first thing a tech checks when velocity drops.

This is an aluminum replacement machined for M4-series V2 gearboxes at 23.45mm, and it replaces the stock plastic nozzle that comes deforming under repeated piston impacts. Aluminum holds its shape cycle after cycle, so the seal stays tight and the velocity stays shot-to-shot consistent.

Before you install it, confirm the nozzle diameter matches your cylinder head. An undersized or oversized nozzle won't seal, and you'll spend more time troubleshooting than shooting. Swapping the nozzle is also the right time to replace the cylinder head O-ring since the two surface against each other, and while the gearbox is open, check the piston head O-ring while you're there.
