Lancer Tactical Double Pane Lens Full Face Safety Mask, Black

Airsoft fields require eye protection, and most players carry goggles. But goggles don't protect your cheeks when someone misjudges range and a BB comes in low. The Lancer Tactical double pane full face mask covers the gap between goggles and your bare skin.

The key feature is the double pane lens. Two clear layers with air between them. That spacing keeps the inner surface closer to skin temperature instead of ambient air, which reduces fogging. Foggy goggles and a foggy mask at the same time is when you actually get hit. It still depends on ventilation and humidity -- no mask is completely fog-proof in hot weather -- but it's a real improvement over single pane alternatives.

It covers your entire face from the bridge of the nose down to the jawline. You lose peripheral vision and the sound gets muffled, which is the trade any full face mask makes. It's also hot in summer, especially during movement-heavy games. Plan to take it off when you're safe and wait for it to cool before putting it back on.

The straps attach to your helmet or head harness. If you run a helmet setup, that's the ideal mounting method since it keeps the mask secure under movement.

Color is black. Package includes the mask only.

This is one of Lancer Tactical's more affordable full face options. It doesn't do anything the expensive ones don't -- it just covers your face and protects from impact -- so if you're looking for basic facial protection without paying for extras you don't need, it's a straightforward choice.
