MSA helmets are the standard in milsim for a reason — the composite shell, the six-saddle rig, the side rails. But those side rails are only useful if something clips to them. The Lancer Tactical MSA Helmet Rail Adapter turns the open side rails of an MSA Specter, SPC, or SPS into a full-length Picatinny rail, which means you can mount a headset, comms booms, NVG bridges, or anything else with a standard clamp without hunting for a platform-specific bracket.
What you get. The package includes a single Picatinny-style rail adapter, ready to bolt onto the side rail using the MSA saddle system. In Foliage Green it blends with woodland loads without looking like a bright accent piece. No mounting hardware is listed beyond what the adapter provides, so verify that your helmet's rail configuration accepts the included hardware.
What it runs. The rail is standard Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913), so it takes any headset clamp, comms mount, or accessory you can buy from any manufacturer. If you're building a comms loadout with a Peltor or a L3HAMS boom, this is the bracket that makes it stick.
Before you buy. This adapter is designed for MSA helmet side rails — the standard six-saddle style. It's not a universal fit for every helmet on the market. Double-check that your model uses the standard MSA side rail before ordering. The package includes only the rail adapter itself.
