Lancer Tactical Airsoft Nylon AK Chest Rig, Cayote Brown

The AK's curved 30-round mag is a heavy, awkward thing to carry, and when you're running an Airsoft AK through a day-long skirmish or a milsim event, you need to carry six of them without turning your back into a load-bearing wall. This chest rig from Lancer Tactical is the basic, no-frills answer to that problem.

It's cut from 600D nylon, which is a heavy-duty military-spec fabric. It's the kind of stuff that doesn't tear when you're crawling through brush or dragging yourself through a building, and it holds up years of rough play. The six mag pouches accept standard AK-pattern magazines — universal mags mean you can grab spares at pretty much any store, and you'll need spares because a well-run game eats through six rounds a minute fast. You can add pouches or accessories to the external webbing if you want to carry something else.

The color is Coyote Brown, an earth tone favored by the milsim crowd for looking right without shouting airsoft. What comes in the box is the chest rig and nothing else — you supply your own magazines, obviously. The fit is adjustable, but try it on with your mags in place before a game day so you can check that it sits right and doesn't shift when you're running.
