You've got a plate carrier and you need six magazines on your chest without hanging a second pouch. The Lancer Tactical Double Kangaroo Mag Placard velcros right onto the front of your carrier and gives you exactly that.

Three pouches sit up front for quick access, and three more sit behind them for your reload belt. Each front pouch has elastic retention plus bungee cords on top to keep the mag from walking around when you're moving fast. There's also an elastic tourniquet holder, so you don't need to sacrifice a mag slot for your IFAK.

The whole panel is laser-cut nylon with a hook-and-loop backing. It attaches to any plate carrier that has a velcro field on the chest — which is to say, most of them. Peel, stick, load up.

This is an accessory panel, not a standalone rig. You need a plate carrier with compatible velcro to mount it, and obviously a few spare magazines to fill the pouches.
