The Laser Cut ARC Placard does it by spreading everything across a laser-cut front panel — light, flat, and fast to reach without bulk. It's the sort of rig you want for CQB skirmishes or any match where running lean makes a difference.

What the ARC panel does. The front placard is laser-cut with holes and slots that accept ARC-compatible hardware — pouches, mag holders, and accessories mount directly to the panel rather than through a full MOLLE grid. You pick the layout you need and bolt it on. If you want a minimalist setup with two mag holders and nothing else, that's fine. If you want to expand later, the panel is there. It's a cleaner approach than stitching full MOLLE into every surface — you only carry what you actually use.

Weight and comfort. Laser-cut panels remove material where it's not needed, so the rig sits light on your chest without sagging or shifting. Shoulder straps are adjustable, and there's hook-and-loop backing on the panel for patch retention or extra grip. A waist strap keeps everything from riding up when you're dropping to a knee or scrambling over a barricade. It's a straightforward, no-fuss fit that works across body types.

Where it fits in a loadout. This is a chest rig, not a plate carrier. You're going for speed and mobility — two or three mags within reach, maybe a magazine for a sidearm, a radio or a small medical pouch if you run one. The flat panel layout means everything is visible and accessible without reaching down. It won't hold enough for a full-squad milsim event, but it's not trying to. For a CQB game where you reload every thirty seconds and don't want to look, it's exactly right.

Compatibility note. The ARC mounting pattern accepts accessories made for Lancer's ARC system. If you already own ARC-compatible pouches or mag holders, they bolt on directly. Other MOLLE-based pouches won't mount to the laser-cut panel itself — if you want traditional MOLLE accessories, check the edges of the rig for any attached MOLLE strips. If the panel is the only attachment surface, stick to ARC gear or use hook-and-loop for flat items like patches and small organizers.

Build and fit. Lancer's laser-cut panels use a rigid material with the cut pattern providing structural support rather than relying on dense fabric. The result is a panel that holds its shape without the stiffness of a plate carrier. Straps use standard adjustment hardware — nothing fancy, but it holds.
