Lancer Tactical Maritime Airsoft ABS Polymer Helmet, L/XL, Grey

Lancer Tactical's Maritime helmet is an ABS polymer hard shell built for players who want a tactical look without buying a full BDU and vest. It's not a combat helmet — don't take an IED to a skirmish expecting it to save you — but it sits somewhere between a beanie and a certified plate carrier in terms of protection and presence.

What it is. A single-piece ABS shell over a padded interior with an adjustable harness. The top carries a rail for accessories, and the package includes the adapters to go with it. The rail also takes lights, cameras, and other small rail-mounted accessories. There's no built-in chin strap on this variant; if you play fields where a loose helmet gets grabbed, bring your own elastic or bungee.

Fit and sizing. This is the L/XL version, aimed at larger heads. The adjustable harness inside runs on a dial or strap system depending on the production batch — pull and tighten until it sits level and doesn't walk when you shake your head. The padding is thin, so it slides under a balaclava without swallowing the adjustability. If you've got a slim head or play in cold weather with a thick liner, the XL might feel loose, but the L should be snug enough.

Externals. This is the gray variant. The shell takes marker better than glossy plastic, but it will still paint — ABS cracks before it dents, so treat it like the first line of defense, not armor. The included rail adapters make setup straightforward.

Before you buy. The helmet is purely passive protection. It will keep shrapnel and low-impact debris out of your hair, and it'll take a paint splat without ruining your kit. It is not rated for any ballistic standard, so don't use it as a shield. If you need eye-level protection, pair it with full-seal goggles or a mask — the helmet sits above those and leaves the face completely exposed.
