Lancer Tactical's Quick Response Medical Pouch is for the moment you reach for your IFAK under stress and need exactly what's on top. Coyote Brown nylon body with a single large compartment that holds a standard IFAK layout—IFAK components like gauze, combat gauze, tape, chest seals, a trauma shears, and a tourniquet all sit where you can grab them without digging or undoing layers.

MOLLE across the board. The back is covered in standard PALS webbing, so it attaches to any MOLLE-compatible plate carrier, vest, or backpack. The front has a single row of webbing for a flag or a small pouch, but the primary function is holding and presenting med gear fast. A black hook-panel patch is included for your unit or medic tab.

Quick opening. A single wide zipper spans the top of the pouch. You pull it open with a gloved hand, and the whole interior is visible at a glance. The zipper pull is large enough to grab without fumbling. If you want something that opens faster, a velcro-flap admin pouch is quicker — but this one gives you more room and better visibility when things get messy.

Externals. Coyote Brown nylon construction keeps it light and durable. The zipper is standard size — replacement parts are everywhere. No internal organization beyond the single room, which is the point: you bring your own layout and it stays there. The pouch is sized for a standard IFAK; if you're running a minimalist setup or a heavy kit, check the dimensions against what you actually carry.
