The Rapid Response MOLLE is what you build a modular loadout on. Lancer Tactical's take on a plate carrier strips the carrier down to the harness, with MOLLE webbing on both front and back panels, plus attached pouches — then lets you rearrange or swap everything to match your play style.

MOLLE that actually works. The webbing is PALS-standard, so every pouch and accessory cut for the system slides in and secures without adapters. The included pouches cover the basics, but you can slide them around, remove them, and replace them with whatever your setup calls for. If you carry a first-aid kit, extra magazines, or a radio, the MOLLE grid gives you somewhere to put them.

Foam plates for weight, not protection. It ships with foam dummy plates for the front and back panels. These give you the profile and silhouette of a real plate carrier at a fraction of the weight. They won't stop a BB, and anyone in full plate on the field knows the difference. If you want actual impact protection, some players swap in foam-padded soft armor plates or just remove the dummies entirely. The carrier is built to hold standard plate inserts.

Built for the field. Nylon construction and reinforced stress points handle the kind of abuse you'd expect — crawling, dragging through brush, riding in a packed vehicle.
