MechLabs' Nexxus SA HPA Engine Gearbox Kit converts most Version 2 gearbox airsoft AEGs to run on high-pressure air instead of batteries. It replaces the standard motor and gearbox assembly with a CNC-machined aluminum engine block. The system supports semi-automatic and full-auto fire modes via the selector switch, with an adjustable fire rate between 14 and 36 rounds per second. Efficiency is high, rated for up to 3000 shots on a standard 48 cubic inch 4500 PSI tank. It comes pre-configured with an M4 nozzle, though other Version 2 nozzles are available separately. The kit is drop-in ready for external regulator setups, requiring no internal electronics to function. It ships in black and includes the HPA engine.
