Prometheus' Hard Selector Plate NEO is a replacement selector plate for Tokyo Marui spec G3 gearboxes. The stock plate is a moulded part that wears at its contact faces, and this hard resin version is made to last longer where it slides. As the selector moves, the plate repositions the cut-off lever and trigger contacts to tell the gearbox which fire mode you're in. It comes in purple.
