These gearsets feature free floating axles and ball bearing tappet plate timing wheels for virtually eliminating any binding that will slow your rate of fire and increasing performance and longevity. “These gears are excellent quality and a great value. Really quiet and smooth thanks to the bearings in the spur and sector gear. But, the spur and sector gear do not work with the Krytac gearbox. Ive used these in other builds and they are an awesome performance upgrade.

Detail on Krytac fitment issues:
The spur has a raised section on the bottom gear bearing that causes it to be too tight for the gearbox shell and have an issue with a crimped on spacer on the shaft. Can't close the gearbox shell. The Krytac gearbox bottom spur bearing is raised in the box. If the gear were flat or slightly indented on bottom it would work. Some spurs from other brands are recessed on bottom and work fine with the raised bearing. I modded mine and milled a recess in the spur to make it work. Also replaced the top spacer with one I milled shorter. Fits perfect now.
The sector gear does not pull the stock Krytac tappet plate back far enough and hold it back long enough to avoid feeding issues. I tried 2 other tappet plates and could not get the rid of the feeding issues with this sector gear. I switched to a Lonex sector gear with a sector chip installed and it fed properly and the mesh was perfect, so no compatibility issues with a Lonex gear.”
