UK Arms' L96 is a spring-powered bolt-action sniper rifle built for outdoor skirmishing. It features a fluted aluminum outer barrel and a metal receiver mounted to a rugged ABS polymer stock in OD Green. The rifle weighs 7.9 pounds and includes a thumb-hole stock with an adjustable cheek rest. It comes with a folding bipod, tactical sling, speed loader, and cleaning rod. Rated 390 to 400 FPS on 0.20g BBs, it feeds from a 40-round magazine.

Internally, it follows a Maruzen Type 96 layout. Standard VSR-10 upgrade parts won't fit directly because of dimensional differences in the cylinder and hop-up chamber. To improve consistency and handle heavier springs, you'll need Type 96-specific components like a 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel and a reinforced piston. Heavier BBs in the 0.30g to 0.32g range hold their line better outdoors at this velocity.
