After the success of the Generation 1 Battle machine, Valken poured a huge amount of R&D and improvements into the SRC manufactured Gen 2 design. 

Valken's battle-tested AEGs now feature significantly improved internals and externals asked for by the airsoft community. These features include:

Redesigned Motor Grip

• The shimless motor design removes excess small parts that can be lost during motor installation and adjustment
• Large adjustment screw for easily setting motor height

 

Improved Gear Set & Piston

• Redesigned gearset with 20% thicker gears that give 30% overall improvement to gear strength under high torque conditions
• Improved gearset manufacturing process insures proper and total meshing of gear teeth during operation

 

Barrel and Hop Up Overhaul

• More robust 7mm barrel retention clip
• Additional barrel and bucking retention
• Additional barrel stability during full auto firing
• CNC machined and finished inner barrel for improved consistancyt and accuracy
• Better hop-up assembly that resists hop-up drift due to vibration of gun fire

 

Revamped Trigger Assenmbly

• Redesigned trigger carriage removes hitches allowing for a smoother trigger pull
• Reinforced contacts and housing provides 150% more wear resistance than previous designs
