Modeled after classic naval sidearms, the black WE-Tech F228 pairs a full-metal slide, outer barrel, hammer assembly, and controls with a lightweight polymer frame and wraparound grip. Measuring 7 inches overall and weighing 1.7 pounds, this semi-automatic platform uses green gas to fire 0.20g BBs at 290 to 300 FPS. A functional decocking lever, manual safety, and adjustable hop-up chamber provide realistic operation, feeding from a 24-round drop-free gas magazine. The package includes the airsoft pistol, magazine, and instruction manual.

Built on Tokyo Marui-style GBB internal specifications, the setup accepts aftermarket tightbore barrels, buckings, replacement nozzles, and gas valves for straightforward maintenance. Key performance upgrades include dropping in a precision 6.01mm tightbore inner barrel, a soft 50-degree hop-up bucking for better trajectory control, and a stiffer recoil spring to improve slide cycle rate and gas economy.
