For custom setups running stiffer aftermarket springs, upgrading to a CNC-machined aluminum piston and a steel 90-degree trigger sear is mandatory to handle the increased mechanical load without shearing. Running lightweight BBs at this velocity causes severe wind drift; the platform requires heavyweight 0.30g or 0.32g BBs to hold its line outdoors.
